Sports Massage Therapy

Sports Massage is a therapeutic massage technique that uses a combination of deep tissue and trigger points to help athletes improve their performance and prevent injuries. Sports massages can also help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and decrease blood pressure. We strongly recommend drinking ample water pre- and post-massage as well as ice for any sore spots.
