48-Hour No Show/Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
Enlighten Bodhi has a 48-hour Cancellation/Reschedule Policy. Any appointment not canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the service, or if the client does not show up for the appointment, there will be a fee of 50% of the full price of the service charged to the credit card or payment method on file. Discounts will not be considered. If using a Gift Certificate or having prepaid for the service, the fee for violation of this policy will be $15.
Our policy isn't to penalize our clients but to make their time, your time, with us important to you. Your health is important; let us help you keep balance and harmony.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
New Clients, Arriving for Treatment & Late Policy
We ask that all NEW clients schedule their first appointment with us online, as there is necessary digital documentation to fill out, and arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.
All forms should have been filled out online, and we have onsite parking, so there is no need to show up early. We will be ready for you at your appointment time.
If you know you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please call us.
Groupon Clients
